NORWAY
For customers in Norway, we ship with Bring/PostNord. We charge a flat shipping cost of NOK 129. DHL Express (to your door) is also available at an additional cost. We aim to dispatch all deliveries within 1-2 working days from order placement. 

INTERNATIONAL
All international orders are shipped with DHL Express, for a flat rate of NOK 700. DHL Express organize and pay all taxes and duties when importing the goods to your country. Meaning the listed prices in our webshop includes the cost of all taxes and duties for international orders. No hidden costs.

Example:
Pair of shoes, NOK 10.000
+ International shipping, NOK 700
= NOK 10.700 includes shipping, taxes and duties, all the way to your door. No hidden costs. 

RETURNS - !!! IMPORTANT INFORMATION !!!
Regarding international orders, in the event of returning the purchased goods, a refund will only amount to 80% of the original price paid. This adjustment is necessary because all applicable taxes and duties have already been handled and paid for.

Please note that when returning items, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the initial purchase. It is important to emphasize that we cannot provide compensation for lost packages without proper proof of delivery.

All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, accompanied by the original tags and packaging, and should be unwashed and unused. Kindly refrain from attaching tape to any of the products, and remember to include the receipt that was provided with your original delivery.
