Return Policy - Domestic Orders (within Norway)
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchased merchandise, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. When returning items purchased on our web shop you are entitled to a refund or item exchange. All returned merchandise shall be returned in its original condition and shall only be returned with original tags and packaging, unwashed and unused. Please do not attach tape to any of the products, and be sure to include the receipt you received with your original delivery.
When returning items you will have to pay for the shipping costs. When exchanging items we will cover the freight costs back to you. Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment used for the purchase.

Regarding international orders, in the event of returning the purchased goods, a refund will only amount to 80% of the original price paid. This adjustment is necessary because all applicable taxes and duties have already been handled and paid for.
Please note that when returning items, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the initial purchase. It is important to emphasize that we cannot provide compensation for lost packages without proper proof of delivery.

In the instance of an unsatisfactory MTO delivery, please be aware that we reserve the right to complete the transaction in full, based on this product having been ordered and built for you, the customer, and you only. Refunds will only be given on the occasion where one of our suppliers is not able to deliver the order.
