Privacy policy

Skomaker Dagestad follows the law on personal data by The Norwegian Data Protection Authority. The Data Protection Authority shall facilitate protection of individuals from violation of their right to privacy through processing of their personal data. Personal information given by customers will not be forwarded to any third parties.

All web pages where you as a customer leave personal information in conjunction with a transaction, are what is called secure pages (encrypted transfer of information). The pages are enabled with SSL (Secure Socket Layer), when in use, you can see the lock symbol in your status or address line.

Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchased merchandise, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. When returning items purchased on our web shop you are entitled to a full refund or item exchange. All returned merchandise shall be returned in its original condition and shall only be returned with original tags and packaging, unwashed and unused. Please do not attach tape to any of the products, and be sure to include the receipt you received with your original delivery.

When returning items you will have to pay for the shipping costs. When exchanging items we will cover the freight costs back to you. Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment used for the purchase. If you paid taxes when receiving your goods, you may be eligible to get your taxes refunded. Please contact your national customs authorities for assistance in this matter.

We only accept returns on products which are purchased from our store in Oslo or through our online store.

We are not responsible for compensation of lost packages without any proof of delivery. When your return is received we will refund the purchase immediately.

MTO Refund

In the instance of an unsatisfactory MTO delivery, please be aware that we reserve the right to complete the transaction in full, based on this product having been ordered and built for you, the customer, and you only. Refunds will only be given on the occasion where one of our suppliers is not able to deliver the order.
